What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Receiving Housekeeper position at Ruiz Foods, Inc.?
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBLITIES:
- Sweep perimeter and aisles of packaging and dry warehouse on a daily basis.
- Pick up debris around silos, oil tanks, docks and perimeter of fence on a daily basis.
- Mop receiving office floor, yellow curbing, dock plates, cooler floors and other areas as deemed necessary on a daily basis.
- Clean bean magnet. – daily.
- Dust storage racks – weekly.
- Sweep under storage racks - weekly.
- Empty recycle barrels – weekly.
- Haul recycle plastics and other materials to packaging warehouse – daily.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No prior experience or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardize situations.
