Job Overview - MUST HAVE PRIOR FACILITY CLEANING EXPERIENCE NOT HOMES OR VACATION RENTALS
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including public, industrial, and office spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintain floors through buffing and other floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance.
- Conduct custodial duties in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality.
- Execute industrial cleaning procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
- Carry out residential painting projects as required, ensuring quality finishes.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving equipment.

First Shift - 5:00am-1:30pm (Monday- Friday, Occasional Saturdays) - $17/hr
Second Shift - 12:00pm-8:00pm (Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays) - $18/hr
