As a Rumble Front Desk Sales Representative, you will represent our brand by providing exceptional service to our members and creating a welcoming environment. This role is vital in driving membership sales and fostering a sense of community within our studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Member Service: Deliver top-tier service to all new and existing members.
- Sales Process Execution: Manage the sales and hospitality process for first-time member experiences, including follow-ups and closing sales.
- Sales Production: Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance in memberships and retail.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with studio management and franchise owners to achieve business goals.
- Event Participation: Engage in special events (e.g., health fairs, grand openings, marathons) to promote the club and enhance community presence.
- Skill Development: Take initiative in developing and enhancing selling skills to meet sales targets.
- Brand Standards Maintenance: Uphold brand standards and initiatives to ensure a consistent member experience.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills are required.
- Hospitality Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others is essential.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn and effectively utilize the Club Ready software system.
- Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and through email.

- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including holidays, early mornings, and weekends.
- Mobility & Maintenance: Capable of moving bags and performing minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Cleaning Duties: Willingness to clean studio areas, including bathrooms and the lobby.
- Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
