POSITION :
The Front Desk Associate is a key member of the Rumble team and the first point of contact for guests and members. In this role, you will create a welcoming and positive experience by greeting everyone with warmth and enthusiasm. You will assist with tours, enrollments, and questions, ensuring every guest and member feels valued. This entry-level position offers a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for career growth within the company.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Must be fluent in English and effective communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to following Rumble policies and procedures
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Daily and / or occasional travel may be required
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify first-time guests through reservation reviews and initiate the welcome process
