Rumble Pest Solutions was established in 2017 and we are one of the fastest growing pest control companies in the NWA area. With now 3 branches and numerous services offered, we are expanding and seeking a dynamic addition to our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or relations role
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
