What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) position at Variety Insurance Agency?
Looking for a highly self motivated individual willing to work in an office setting. Must be coachable, dependable individual, who can multitask, be goal oriented, team player, and have own transportation and have the willingness to learn and grown within our expanding agency. Customer service experience is a plus. No insurance experience required, we provide the tools and training to get you on path to success.

Job description includes but is not limited to assisting insurance agent with answering phones, scanning, faxing, taking payments, sorting mail, servicing policies, making policy changes and maintain office clean.
Pay is based upon experience. Benefits include week's vacation pay, disability insurance, and 401k matching.
Monday- Wednesday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm (with a day off during the week) Minimum of 40 hours a week.
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
