**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry arts, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dessert experiences to our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and confections following established recipes and standards of the restaurant.
- Ensure the highest quality of pastries is served at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert items and seasonal offerings.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- Culinary degree with a specialization in pastry or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and pastry equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
