- Manage data entry processes, including routing software and daily driver DVIR logs.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and operations personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the Customer Service Center in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to address routing and service concerns.
- Assist supervisors and managers with administrative projects and tasks.
- Perform dispatch duties as needed, covering for absent colleagues when necessary.
- Process invoices, create and track purchase orders, and provide backup support for scale house and service scale tickets.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
