Canvass Director at Run On Climate

Lead a passionate team of canvassers to advance climate and social justice in Vermont! As the Canvass Director, train, and manage a team of 3-5 canvassers to engage with communities, build grassroots support, and drive impactful campaigns.

Compensation:

Pay based on experience, $22-$27/hr.

-Location: Burlington, Vermont (in-person)

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop canvassing plans and outreach strategies.

-Supervise, motivate, and support a team of canvassers.

-Track team performance and ensure campaign goals are met.

-Door to door fundraising canvassing.

-Cultivate meaningful connections with community members.

Desired Skills:

-3-5 years of canvassing or campaign leadership experience.

-Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
