RUN Studios and its client partner are seeking a customer service focused Facility Operations Scheduler to join our busy team! The Facility Operations Scheduler serves as the hub for Scheduling and Operations services for one of our large corporate clients. The Scheduler efficiently manages incoming scheduling requests for video and event production services and resources. Requests may come from team members, clients, or production partners.
You must be based in Seattle, WA and able to work onsite.
As a Facility Operations Scheduler, You Will
- Manage inbound email facility scheduling requests.
- Input booking requests into scheduling database program.
- Reconcile scheduled work orders and confirm data is accurate for our billing cycle.
- Cross-check crew timecards with hours reported to sessions.
- Participate in weekly production meetings/schedule walkthrough involving business owners and internal teams.
- Communicate and coordinate between departments to ensure request support accuracy.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Administrative and coordination experience required (1-2 years preferred).

- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation
Pay Range: $26.44–$27.40 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
