RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 10-month project!
This position is a hybrid role, with Tuesdays through Thursdays onsite in Seattle preferred. Candidates must be local to the Seattle area to be considered for this position.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing acquisition, adoption and engagement for our client’s business solutions with senior decision makers in the Commercial Sector. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to deliver strategic marketing programs including content, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. You will strategically plan and execute the most effective and efficient marketing mix to maximize marketing driven pipeline opportunity. To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders and teams to align and implement strategies.
We are looking for an individual with broad experience in designing and delivering Integrated Marketing Campaigns. This includes expertise in field marketing motions like executive engagement programs, 3rd party trade shows, webinars and digital marketing. This role also requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving. The individual will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and will have a track record of on-time delivery of projects.
As a Field Marketing Manager, You Will
- Strong understanding for and ability to advocate for the customer: Who they are, what are their pain points, where and how we can reach them, and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs
- Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMCs) to reach and engage these senior decision makers
- Design and deliver field marketing motions like Executive Engagement Events, Webinars, Trade Shows/Conferences, Sponsorships and Email
- Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Product stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners
- Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Field Marketing – B2B sales experience
- Large company experience (Fortune 500)
- Business experience (BBA & MBA) in absence of working for a Fortune 500 company
- 2-4 years’ experience developing digital marketing campaigns
- 1-2 years’ experience developing email campaigns
- 1-2 years’ experience developing event marketing management
- 2-4 years’ experience developing integrated marketing campaigns
- 1-2 years’ experience developing webinars
- 1-2 years’ experience developing executive engagement programs
- Strategic thought leadership
- Ability to execute with excellence
- Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, or another project management tool

Compensation
Pay Range: $50.00 - $56.50 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
