RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Marketing Manager to join for an approximate 6-month project!
This is fully onsite in either Seattle, WA, Santa Monica, CA, or Austin, TX.
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will own digital campaigns from end to end: develop strategy, manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning and execution as well as reporting on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends. The Marketing Manager will drive experimentation end-to-end from generating a hypothesis to sharing results with leadership. They will also develop and analyze performance metrics and articulate these into written narratives to drive business decisions, partnering across internal teams to develop and implement optimal customer experiences. This individual will partner with technical and business teams to drive automation with a focus on Live Events and Free Advertised Streaming (FAST).
As a Marketing Manager, You Will
- Market for peak events and campaigns in UI
- Work with product teams, bringing UX to life
- Provide content programming, asset management systems, technical aspect for back end of campaigns, personalization and targeting, campaign performance analytics
- Provide strategic planning and executing on campaigns
- Meet with partner teams for campaign input
- Execute campaign – receive creative asset, find right customer segment, and QA
- Look at upcoming campaigns, coordinating with teams
- Think long team about customer journey for type of users, how to build experience 40% execution, 30% planning, 30% strategic
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 4 years digital marketing (website, devices)
- 1-2 years product marketing, working with product teams, influencing GTM
- 4 years analytical capabilities at marketing level – Excel, Microsoft 365, managing data, customer data, performance data, and understanding if data is tracking well
- 2-4 years customer engagement
- 2-4 years campaign planning and execution
- Writing presentation skills, communication skills
- Ability to execute and looking to develop strategic side
- Business/marketing background preferred – Bachelor’s preferred but not required

Compensation
Pay Range: $38 - $48 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
