Production Specialist

RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Production Specialist to join for an approximate 11-month project!

We're looking for a Production Specialist! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on meeting deadlines, this could be the perfect fit. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can juggle multiple projects under tight, shifting deadlines. Youre self-motivated, work well independently, and enjoy collaborating with a team to consistently deliver top-notch results. In this role, youll manage the video production process from start to finish, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes for every project.

As a Production Specialist, You Will

• Manage end-to-end workflows of video production ensuring videos produced are delivered on time, within scope, are policy compliant, and meet the creative bar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefits while building great customer experiences.
• Communicate project statuses daily, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Remove roadblocks to production.
• Archive and deliver final assets.

As an Applicant, You Bring

• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proven 4 years experience in cross-functional program or project management.
• Experience owning end-to-end video delivery.
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements.
• Dedicated experience as a Video Producer.
• Experience with production strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Proven experience delivering final video production.
• Experience with video localization and transcreation for multiple markets, cultures and languages.

Compensation

Pay Range: $35-$43 (Hourly)

The successful candidates pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
