This role involves flexible coordination of airport transportation, document handling, apartment management, and warehouse inventory support. Responsibilities
- Provide airport pick-up and drop-off service, scheduled in alignment with employee flight times.
- Conduct weekly inspections of employee housing to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Oversee the purchase of furnishings for newly assigned housing.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and oversee the organization of administrative storage areas.
- Prepare and submit monthly procurement requests to ensure stock availability.
- Manage temporary and urgent procurement needs and support other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative or logistics roles is preferred.
