CASHIER LEAD I
HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL-TIME!
$3,500 bonus HIRING BONUS
This is a tipped position, and employees are eligible to receive tips in addition to their base wage.
- Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
- Schedule: Full-time, shifts include weekends and holidays.

Duties:
- Exchange Cash for Chips and Chips for Cash
- Cash Checks and process credit card advances
- Handle pit fills and credits
- Enter card room employee's tips into the tip system
- Ensure that your cart is counted in and out everyday
Additional Lead Duties:
- Supervises cage cashiers, vault cashiers and drop team.
- Resolves customer issues with check cashing, credit card advance and ATM processing.
- High level of employee and guest contact.
- Assures financial security of assets in cash services and the accuracy of records.
Job Requirements:
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Experience in supervising cashiers/bank tellers is a plus.
- Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act compliance requirements or ability to be taught this information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work towards amicable conflict resolution.
- Knowledge ATM and cash handling equipment use and problems or ability to be taught this information.
- Previous Casino/Banking experience a plus.
