The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining and meeting at the resort. Banquet Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. |
Banquet Bartenders will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet bar; including but not limited to weddings, award ceremonies, conferences, cocktail receptions, and different types of meals. Set up includes; bars, liquor, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain a high degree of professionalism. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment. |
General Responsibilities
· Delivering Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic drinks for service to your customers table. · Properly open and pour wine at the tableside. · Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Banquet Manager on duty. · Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting. · Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. · Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. · Demonstrates S.E.E. (Smile, Eye Contact, and Engage) daily. · Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook. · Perform all other duties as assigned. |

Job Qualifications Education: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience/Skills:
· 1 year Bartending experience. · Excellent oral communication skills required. · Positive interpersonal skills required. · Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English. · Ability to lift heavy objects.
FLSA Information Management Activities · None Discretion / Independent Judgment This position does represent the company in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances, as a Banquet Server you will be expected to work with guests and visitors to ensure satisfaction. A Banquet Server may need to take initiative and get creative in resolving guest challenges and involve a supervisor only when previous methods have been unsuccessful.
