Overview
Seeking an exceptionally talented and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur in managing multiple start-up and growing ventures, and personal life management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, thorough, and able to seamlessly match the owner's way of working and personality. Key Responsibilities
Business Support:
- Take initiative in overseeing the daily operations of a nonprofit retail and cleaning business, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and managing speaking engagements, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges.
- Support in managing the nonprofit aspect of the business, including donor relations, outreach, and event planning.
Website & Social Media Management:
- Maintain and update websites for two websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of our brand.
- Proactively manage social media platforms, creating compelling content, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issues with a personal, professional demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure client satification.
- Build and nurture relations with clients and partners, provide top-notch service.
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage the entreprenuer's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-fay personal tasks with precision and foresight.
- Prepare reports, manage emails, assist with bookkeeping, and keeping things running smoothly without needing to be prompted.
- Plan and coordinate in-store and virtual events, meetings, and speaking engagements, ensuring every detail is covered.
Personal Life Management:
- Assist with personal task, including scheduling personal appointments in an organized manner, shopping, and errands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role in a business, retail organization or non-profit.
- Stong knowledge of website management (i.e., WordPress, Woo Commerce, Thrive, and social media platforms).
- Highly proactive, organized, and thorough, with a exceptional ability to adapt to the owner's working style.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and anticipates needs.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with event planning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
