Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Stock and organize supply closets and carts with necessary cleaning supplies and amenities
- Ensure all areas of the hotel, including common areas and guest rooms, are free of debris and clutter
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and address any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete other tasks assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
