Commercial Construction Foreman (Framing, HVAC, or Electrical)
Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Commercial Construction Foreman specializing in Framing, HVAC, or Electrical systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of helping a project crew.
Responsibilities
· Assist the project superintendent in overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Assist superintendent in supervising a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and safety on the job site.
· Assist superintendent in enforcing health and safety standards on all job sites, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
· Manage materials and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste. Order necessary supplies and coordinate deliveries to maintain workflow.
· Utilize in-depth knowledge of framing, HVAC, or electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure proper installation and functionality.
· Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with project specifications and codes. Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high standards.
· Liaise with superintendents, project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on framing, HVAC, or electrical systems.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or vocational training in construction management or a related field is preferred.
· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, codes, and regulations relevant to framing, HVAC, or electrical work.
· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor and operate heavy machinery, as well as work in various weather conditions.
· Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Must have a clean background and drug screening prior to hire.
