- Maintain precise and confidential medical records to uphold data accuracy and patient privacy.
- Address patient inquiries professionally and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Experience:
- Familiarity with primary care procedures, medical terminology, and anatomy.
- Triage patients and give injections
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
- Knowledge of internal medicine and hospital medicine practices.
- Experience providing medical administrative support in outpatient settings.
