Requirements:
- OBTAIN NCBOP REGISTRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication are essential
- Strong written and oral communication abilities, capable of interacting with diverse patients and family members
- Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor when interacting with patients, providers, colleagues, and superiors
- Efficiently multitask in potentially stressful environments
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic mathematical concepts: add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to understand and apply written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions
- Proficiency in computer systems used in pharmacy operations
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, but not mandatory; applicants may be required to take a language proficiency assessment
