This role supports students with academic and / or emotional / behavioral needs and collaborates with staff to create a positive and effective learning environment.Key Responsibilities : Provide support to students in academic and behavioral settings.Assist in implementing instructional and behavioral plans under the guidance of teaching staff.Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and inclusive educational environment.Qualifications : Completion of at least two years of college (60 credits) or the ability to pass the Para Educator Assessment (available locally).Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.Experience working with students is preferred but not required.Position Details : Schedule : 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday, aligned with student instructional days, plus designated staff training days.Compensation : $16.09-$23.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
