Grants and Communications Coordinator
Rush City Schools is seeking a full time, 12-month, 260 day Grants and Communications
Coordinator to start immediately. This position is responsible for the research, submission, and monitoring of new and existing Federal, State and local grants, waivers, and programs. Provides strategic marketing and communications support for the school district, superintendent, athletic department, aquatic center and community education programs. Other duties of a similar nature may also be assigned.
Candidates must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite as well as experience with design, marketing, communications and digital media platforms. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, work independently, take initiative, and work well under pressure. Strong writing skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, and the school community. Compensation: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Applications accepted until position is filled.
