Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, university and college relationships, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Coordinating trainings & cohort plans for all currently employed new graduate trainees.
- Ensure compliance with not only federal, state, & local laws, but also recruiting best practices to ensure an equal and positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruiting metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Manager, including efficient time to fill, acceptable volume of hires, and quality experience survey feedback from hiring managers and new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
- Preferred experience in campus partnerships & recruiting.
- Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
- Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to travel to job fairs, networking events, or site visits.
- Ability to Promote the organization’s brand and culture through engaging job descriptions, recruitment marketing campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress in the ATS.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
