The Junior Talent Acquisition Partner supports the recruitment and hiring process by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for the organization. This role collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sources candidates through various channels, and ensures a positive candidate experience.

This role will be dedicated to sourcing, hiring, & coordinating success for our New Graduate Training Program and Internships. Key expectations include high level of intermittent travel during college recruitment seasons, and ability to work with a larger network of leadership, university partners, and candidates nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, university and college relationships, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate information.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Coordinating trainings & cohort plans for all currently employed new graduate trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with not only federal, state, & local laws, but also recruiting best practices to ensure an equal and positive candidate experience.
  • Meet recruiting metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Manager, including efficient time to fill, acceptable volume of hires, and quality experience survey feedback from hiring managers and new hires.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Preferred experience in campus partnerships & recruiting.
  • Consideration is given to relevant experience and related certification.
  • Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.


Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to travel to job fairs, networking events, or site visits.
  • Ability to Promote the organization’s brand and culture through engaging job descriptions, recruitment marketing campaigns, and outreach activities.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress in the ATS.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.

USD $60,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay Rate

USD $70,000.00/Yr.
