The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the outside sales team in quote creation,

Responsibilities:
- Work with the outside sales team to support quote creation, communication, and understand the
- Work to understand and be able to verbalize Custom Vehicle Solution's capabilities and diverse
- Process orders from quote to final invoice in the SAP system
- Receive inbound calls and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales reps for further
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate leads for the outside sales team
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Utilize open order report to contact current customer base and upsell upcoming opportunities

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years Inside Sales Experience preferred
- Proven inside sales experience in the automotive, trucking, or construction industry
- Experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
- General understanding of mechanical systems used commercial transportation
