• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to coordinate logistics.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and load details.
• Handle emergency situations and provide support to drivers on the road.
• Utilize dispatching software to manage workflow efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous dispatch experience (driver dispatching given preference)
• Previous experience in trucking or transportation dispatch preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and trucking industry standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent

Wage Range: 20.50 - 25.00 per hour
