We’re excited to welcome a full-time Graphic Design / Pre-Press Associate to our team.
About the role:
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about the opportunity to learn and grow. You’ll have the chance to work on diverse projects for clients ranging from local businesses to major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing print files for digital & offset printing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Creating job tickets to assign project tasks and track deadlines
- Reviewing proofs (both digital and physical) for accuracy before production
- Monitoring projects throughout production to ensure timely delivery
- Assisting with adjusting and creating die lines for packaging and large-format prints
- Designing logos and other print materials as needed
- Acting as a liaison between account managers, clients, and production teams
- Supporting comp artists in assembling packaging prototypes when needed
- Assist with operating digital print and finishing equipment, and provide production support as needed.
What you’ll bring:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Basic understanding of printing processes (digital and offset)
- Familiarity with Pantone colors (PMS) and print color management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Local candidates are preferred
