Summary: The Workday Supply Chain Application Analyst will be responsible for the set up and configuration of at least one or more Workday functional areas inclusive of Foundation Data Model, Core Accounting, Spend Management, Revenue Management, Budgets, Projects, Business Assets, Accounting Center, and Grants Management, This role will work directly with third parties and internal stakeholders leading and participating in design sessions to gather and document the functional and technical requirements within a product development framework. This role reports directly to Workday Finance and Supply Chain Application Manager. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines and providing expertise in the development and execution of a comprehensive technical program for the Workday application. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Other information: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field. 5 years working with enterprise resourcing planning application software Workday certification preferred Experience evaluating and interpreting end user information requirements and developing appropriate systems and/or applications solutions. Experience recording, tracking, corresponding, and documenting resolution of user problems using ServiceNow. Ability to develop technical documentation for training, software/hardware use, user procedures, and as-required project deliverables. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
