Summary: The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager leads and supports a team of recruiters and associated functional client groups, drives strategy for TA operations performance, assesses and delivers on TA training needs, provides oversight of TA onboarding compliance, consults on TA reporting development and manages the TA/Recruitment office operations. The Manager is responsible for working with the RUSH Employee Service Center to set TA onboarding standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment requirements, along with various regulatory requirements and performance measures. The Manager works closely with senior TA management to identify HR/TA policy revisions, key areas of TA operational improvement opportunities, technology utilization opportunities, implementation of new and ongoing TA metrics and training the TA function on new policies and procedures as needed. The Manager exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
