Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid – Local Travel Required)


Type: Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level | Base Salary Commission


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect new customers and uncover business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Identify key decision makers, understand client needs, and position our services as the ideal solution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive customer retention and growth.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth year-over-year.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, acting as a trusted advisor before, during, and after the sale.
  • Partner with internal operations and customer success teams to design solutions and resolve issues to meet commitments.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights, using this knowledge to create value-added conversations with potential clients.
  • Pitch in with additional duties as business needs evolve – we’re a team-first organization.


What You Bring:

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (logistics or delivery services is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals
  • Confidence in presenting to small and mid-size businesses
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be based in or willing to travel regularly in the Indianapolis area
