The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the technology company's marketing and advertising initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.

THIS POSITION WILL ENTAIL :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement the company's global marketing strategy.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain the company's brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Drive the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging.
Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's public image.
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
DESIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS :
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience :
10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector.
