Pay Range : 16.48 - 25.96

Summary :
The Patient Flow Coordinator is responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of Patient Flow through timely and accurate dispatch and management of Patient Placement requests and efficient assignments of Environmental Services personnel. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Required Job Qualifications :
- High school diploma.
- Customer service skills, preferably in a medical setting.
- Time management skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Maintains professionalism at all times.
- Problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates personal computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinically personnel.
- Ability to create reports / communication documents related to the role and outcome performance monitoring. Ability to perform tasks independently, seeks direction as needed, and prioritizes workload.
- Experience with EVS and bed monitoring system.
- Flexible, willing to adjust schedule, work weekends if needed.
