General Employee/Cashier

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with food service operations, including taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including restrooms, seating areas, and concession stands
- Assist with theater operations, such as ticket sales, seating guests, and monitoring auditoriums
- Conduct public speaking engagements to provide information and announcements to guests
- Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing rules and regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with events management, including setup, teardown, and coordination of activities
- Utilize hospitality skills to create a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cash handling and food service is preferred
- Familiarity with theater operations is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with the public, including children and adults
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally
- Lifeguard certification is a bonus but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $14.70 - $14.75 per hour
