Pay Range : $55.75 - $93.66 per hour

Summary :
The Manager, Capital Projects is responsible for leading a team of technicians to support all Digital Operations' capital project initiatives. This role will work with the various RUSH project management organizations to successfully deliver on RUSH capital projects that have physical IT related needs. In addition, this manager will be responsible for assisting D&IS Operations with successful device lifecycle management.
The Manager, Capital Projects will lead their team towards innovative solutions to help provide efficiencies and standards in support of the growth of the health system. The Manager, Capital Projects will foster an environment of collaboration and inclusivity between all teams within D&IS.
Other information :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of technology experience
- At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels
- Expert knowledge of End User devices, including workstations, laptops, tablets, smart phones, soft phones, deskside phones, headsets, and other End User computing hardware devices
- Knowledge of industry standard End User Services technologies such as Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, including coaching and mentoring team members
- Familiar with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
