Role Overview
RushLuxe is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of HR operations. As a key player in our growing team, you will help shape our culture, attract top talent, and manage critical HR functions to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and compliance requirements.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance evaluations and feedback processes.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
- Training & Development: Coordinate professional development opportunities to help employees thrive in their roles.
- Culture Building: Lead initiatives that promote a strong company culture, diversity, and team engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles (startup experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, HRIS systems).
- Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
