Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Rusken Packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our high standards of production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Follow all maintenance policies and procedures to meet department expectations utilizing maintenance excellence best practices.
- Perform all assigned work order tasks safely and in a timely manner.
- Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production operations.
- Perform technical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machines.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust machines.
- Perform routine visual inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Detect faulty operations.
- Follow safety policy and procedures to include, but not limited to, lock out-tag-out, hot work permit.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Experience in maintenance management practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and low voltage systems is a plus.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.50 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
