Summary
Are you detail-oriented and organized? Join our team at the Russ Darrow Group as a File Clerk and play a key role in keeping our service and sales departments running smoothly. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure everything is in its right place, this position could be perfect for you.
This is a TEMPORARY 3-month fulltime position that will work out of all 3 of our Madison Locations. Hours are flexible but should be between normal operating hours of 7am-6pm.
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- File and Store Documents: File and store service repair orders with accuracy to maintain an orderly documentation system and easily accessible.
- Manage Warranty Repair Orders: Retain warranty repair orders, secure additional authorizations as needed, and ensure all paperwork is complete and up-to-date.
- Digitize Documents: Scan and upload warranty repair orders and purchase paperwork into our digital filing system to streamline access and storage.
- Assist Sales Department: Retrieve old deals and documents as requested by the sales team to support their operations.
- Dispose of Old Documents: Identify outdated documents and repair orders for proper disposal to keep our records current.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a filing or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software and digital filing systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
