- EDUCATION: Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years experience in medical office practice preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a leadership role preferred.
- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Ability to speak effectively to individual and/or groups of patients, providers, or employees
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers and employees in an effective, helpful and compassionate manner
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
