What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Emergency Dept. (FT 10am-10pm) position at Russell Medical?
Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physician’s treatment plans. Department info: 12 bed ED, with 2 trauma rooms. Physician and in ED at all times. APP in ED daily from 10a-10p. Average 4:1 nurse to patient ratio.
FULL TIME with benefits
HOURS: 10am-10pm with 3: 12 hr shifts each week
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE: ED experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Registered Nurse
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Patient therapeutic equipment/machines or their reasonable accommodation.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development.
