GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position oversees the day-to-day floor operations of the WATCH Training Center. This person will provide direct care training of person(s) with developmental disabilities in the center. Tasks generally include supervision of Workshop Specialists, supervision of transportation of consumers and ensuring quality vocational habilitation services are provided to the consumers of the WATCH Training Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in behavior health care, human services or business field with a demonstrated pattern of progressively more supervisory positions and/or assignments, and a competency in administrative duties.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and criminal background check.Valid driver's license required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
Experience with:
- Supervision of staff
- Training and implementation of basic behavior management processes.
- Supervision for the safe and appropriate operation of transportation services for individuals with disabilities.
- Communicating clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows and implements behavior management procedures and plans.
- Ensures that WATCH consumers/employees are provided the opportunity for meaningful and compensable work
- Interact frequently and positively with residents using appropriate role modeling, encouraging proper conduct, manners, and appearance.Shows knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Prepare programing books
- Assist in billing preparation
