We are looking for experienced as well as newly Licensed Realtors with a background in property valuation, negotiations and modern marketing methods. Our Licensed Realtor will also be responsible for working with clients to determine their needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a decision maker and leader.
• Knowledge of the real estate business.
• Determine appropriate real estate strategies and tactics.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions.
• Prepare and execute documentation related to real estate sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
