What do we need?

We are seeking a Front Office Lead who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate professionalism, and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

General Requirements:

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 16 years of age or older
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Basic Computer Skills
- Self-motivated
- Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members, providing accurate information as needed
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and well-organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments
- Maintain apparel inventory, including organization and ordering of apparel when needed
- Organize and clean the break area to ensure a tidy and well-stocked space for employees and guests
- Manage building contracts and serve as the primary contact for contract-related matters
- Assist with scheduling updates for team members
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

- Able to lift at least 20lbs.
- Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
- Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold.
