Job Title: Transition Manager/Change Manager
Pay range: $50/hr. to $59/hr. on W2 (DOE)
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: Till May 30, 2025, with possibility for extension
Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers.
Develop, execute and taking the lead in reporting on detailed demand, inventory, purchase and/or delivery plans for categories, customers, or product types.
Analyze data and make recommendations in order to achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals.
Gather, analyze and compile data related to demand and inventory plans.
Audit and ensure validity of data.
Prepare data and graphs in a manner that effectively supports decision making.
Develop and publish regular reports to update management.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
Transition Manager (now called Change Manager) will be supporting the internal GTMO team to roll out a variety of capability building processes across Global Technology including streamlined initiative intake, change control, AOP alignment, portfolio management, etc.
The Sr Change Manager will be working across the business operations, business intelligence, agile excellence, product excellence, change management, and portfolio management to drive cross functional adoption of our new prioritized processes to scale and speed up GT's central management deliverables.
