Job Title: Accounting Specialist

📍 Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite, flexible)

⏰ Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours

💰 Pay: $43-53/hour

📆 Duration: 3-month contract (possible extension)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support payment file clearings in Agris and assist in reconciling payments between SAP and Agris. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of a new process, troubleshoot errors, and document solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot payment file clearings in Agris.
• Identify, resolve, and document process errors for future reference.
• Work closely with shared services teams across multiple locations.
• Reconcile payments between SAP and Agris to ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP and/or Agris is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a new process.
