Location : Mason, OH (Hybrid : In-office on Tuesdays and the 3rd Thursday of each month)

Pay Rate : $19 - $21.43 per hour
Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on daily cash receipts processing, account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. You will play a key part in supporting the Accounts Receivable team and ensuring smooth cash management operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cash Receipts Processing : Post daily payments to customer accounts, manage credit card payments, adjustments, and account write-offs.
- Account Reconciliation : Identify unapplied amounts, apply payments to customer accounts, and communicate with Accounts Receivable for resolution.
- Record Maintenance : Maintain files for auditing purposes, including remittances, bank statements, and approved write-offs.
- Payment Processing : Manage US trade, export, and intercompany payments from lockbox, EFTs, wire transfers, and credit cards.
- Collaboration : Work with center management, A / R Manager, and other specialists to address cash receipts, applications, collections, and related issues.
- Sales Batch Importing : Import and balance daily sales batches.
