We are seeking a Collateral Analyst to join our Fixed Income Team. This junior position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with mortgage and consumer loans in the secondary market while supporting our residential lending business. As a member of the team, you will maintain critical data and provide reporting to clients, accountants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze custodial data to identify exceptions
- Review collateral image data and ensure correct documentation
- Collaborate with sellers and custodians to clear exceptions
- Ensure accurate reporting to internal and external parties
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in the mortgage industry (preferably working with collateral)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with various systems
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
***Salary- $70k-$75k Base plus discretionary bonus
