Contract: W2, 3-months , potential for extension!
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Onsite approximately once a month)
Pay Range: $35-40/hour DOE
Brief Summary:
The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating artwork for style illustrations, textile designs, and graphics for fabric and screen prints using CAD tools. This role requires strong technical skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple overlapping deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop artwork for textiles, prints, and patterns.
- Utilize Illustrator, Photoshop, and Ned Graphics to create high-quality designs.
- Work within a project management software to track and complete design tasks.
- Collaborate with design partners and other team members to execute design concepts.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Ensure artwork is production-ready and follows brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in textile and pattern design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Ned Graphics.
- Strong understanding of textile design, fabric graphics, and print artwork development.
- Ability to work systematically and collaborate within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage overlapping deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
