Russell Tobin is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Site Representative (Site Presence Contractor) for one of the largest influenza vaccine providers in the world.

Shift/Schedule Details: Tuesday to Saturday

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $55.17 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Presence Contractor to represent our pharmaceutical company at a contract manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will ensure that daily activities are on track, escalate risks and issues promptly, and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to meet timelines and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Oversight: Monitor and ensure that daily manufacturing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to the project management team.
• Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for resolving on-site issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Business Management).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
