Your Role
This role will be based in our Bernardsville, NJ office. You will work closely with our team to achieve our recruiting goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate pre-screening phone calls with candidates
- Recruit prospects for our existing pipeline of business
- Help build a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients, building a relevant and useful network
- Develop your own sustainable pipeline of business through client visits, networking events, candidate marketing, and referral generation
- Manage the full-cycle of recruitment from candidate identification to placement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent writing skills
- Able to multitask and balance constantly shifting priorities
