The Coordinator, Facilities & Administrative Services will perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. Responsibilities include:

Job Description:
The Coordinator, Facilities & Administrative Services will perform various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and transferring phone calls.
- Updating and managing calendars.
- Processing invoices.
- Maintaining vendor relationships.
- Ordering and setting up catering.
- Managing office supplies and materials.
- Handling conference room requests.
- Managing access and ID badges for employees.
- Serving as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keeping track of office supply inventory.
- Formatting information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining the office filing system.
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees at all levels, including senior management.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and creative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical and evaluation skills for managing situations and outcomes.
